This course is designed to help you integrate your knowledge of music theory into your improvisation.  You will learn about how to improvise melodies using chord progressions and how to make your improvisation sound better.

  1. How to improvise a melody over a cadence.
  2. Different cadences you can use for improv.
  3. What you should be practicing to get better and how to make your improv sound more interesting.  ​
